  • Material selection depends on your choice. Once all plans are ready with prior client decisions, we are ready to proceed. No changes, modifications, or cancellations will be accepted once it's approved from both sides and work is in progress.
  • The Company is not responsible for any damage or wear that occurs after the refurbishing process and after the warranty period expires, provided it is not due to our negligence.
  • We do not ask for any upfront payments, but in some cases, there may be a request to pay 50% of the total cost to proceed further.
  • We will notify you when your project is complete and ready for delivery or pickup. You must arrange for timely receipt of the completed project. Failure to do so may result in storage fees.

This advance payment helps initiate the customization process and secure the necessary materials and resources for your project. The remaining balance can be settled as per the agreed-upon payment terms. Our team will communicate these details with you when discussing your project's requirements.
  • For on-site visits, particularly for large spaces or specialized check-ups, charges may apply based on the specific service you are accessing. These charges will be communicated to you in advance and will depend on the scope and complexity of the service. Our team will provide you with a clear breakdown of any on-site visit charges when discussing the service requirements.
  • You can make payments using UPI(Unified Payments Interface) & COD(Cash on Delivery) only for a seamless transaction experience.

Returns and Refunds

Refunds or exchanges are available for eligible products within a specified time frame, as outlined in our separate Return Policy.
Refunds for custom-made products are subject to the Company's discretion and may be subject to restocking fees.

Assignment
